Brief info
Director of ICATALIST a research company located in Spain and also lead Author of the IPCC WGII Chapter 4. I was scientific coordinator of the H2020 Naiad project on the insurance value of ecosystems. We also are developing the concept of communities of innovation on climate change adaptation in the H2020 Brigaid project. I also have special interest in groundwater and collective action my original area of research in my PhD and issues related to power, policy change and adaptation.
